Some Countries removed bans sooner or later from it while Some are keeping it banned Continuously. On Monday Turkey A Half Western and Half Asian Country has announced to lift Ban from Youtube.

Now After 2 Years Turkish Internet Users Can access the Youtube Freely. Announcement about the Removal of Ban was made by a Turkish Minister Binali Yildirim on Monday.
