Just Last Friday we seen that BlackBerry Instant Messaging Service was banned in Three Arab Countries Including Saudi Arabia on Data Monitoring issue between Government and Company. Now Indian Government is also planning to put similar type of Ban on BlackBerry Instant Messaging and Email Service if Company not gets ready to give access to Indian Government to Private Data that is transferred through BlackBerry Phones.
The Deadline given to BlackBerry by Indian Government on this issue is 31th August in which few days are left. data protection services of RIM are very different from other Mobiles Companies of the World due to which it is having conflicts with different Governments. There are also news that the types of Services BlackBerry Provides will help in terrorist activities. There are almost 1 Million BlackBerry Users in India that will face problem if this ban is imposed.
