Apple has officially confirmed this news that On Friday Downloads from their Apps stores surpassed the Number of 10 Billions. Until January 2010 Downloads of Apple App Store where 3 Billions and Downloads has reached 10 Billions in January 2011 which means 7 Billion Downloads in a year.
