The list of manufacturers of Android handsets confirmed that the update of its tablets and phones to version 4.0 system got bigger today with the presence of South Korea's Samsung. The company announced that some units of the Galaxy line should receive the update in the coming year, which seems to indicate that they are even doing some work when they focus their efforts on finding patents ridiculous throw back at Apple.
Since Samsung has released Galaxy devices enough to create a constellation, it was good for the company have said what are the models that fit the perspective of update. They are: the Galaxy S II (and its LTE sold in the U.S. only) Note the Galaxy (who arrived here recently high causing confusion by its size), R Galaxy, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab of 10.1, 8.9 and 7.7-inch screen.
The announcement was made by Samsung's global blog, which indicates that no matter where these models were sold, they are updated. The expectation is that in the first quarter of 2012 they all receive the update, devices that will provide features such as facial and release a redesigned interface for Android.
Until then, anyone who wants to have to go ahead can be given a pass by the XDA-developers and see if some of the skilled developers already ported on their own Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to your phone.
