Adobe launches app to sign documents using the iPad

Adobe seems to have solved a tricky problem for corporations large or medium: the bureaucracy's time to get back contracts and documents duly signed. Today the company has the Adobe EchoSign iDispositivos running for the Apple mobile platform. With that installed, the user has all the ease of the world to add a digital signature to the document and immediately send it back to the most interested.

"We know what you are doing more and more business with your mobile devices and tablets and we are committed to helping you optimize your business processes and increase productivity."

Behind the corporate talk that Adobe has always adopts the trend that we have in the future, more and more transactions are done electronically. The bank is well - I bet you use the services of e-banking financial institutions maintaining account. Correspondence, not to mention, given the amount of emails we exchanged daily.

In the case of digital contracts the hole is lower. We're talking about money all the time, and are sometimes exorbitant figures. Therefore, it is natural that the adoption of newer technologies to manage the delivery of documents to happen more slowly and gradually. With app for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, Adobe tends to accelerate this process somewhat.

The task of Adobe EchoSign is very simple: after reading the document, the user confirms their validity by means of electronic signature that is linked to your email address. Adobe takes care of all the security part. Thus, the user must be adept EchoSign technology, proprietary technology, which complies with U.S. law e-sign. Any digital signature goes through a process similar to a notary public recognition that we Brazilians, we are familiar.

At that Adobe announced, this is the first time the EchoSign reaches a mobile platform. In other words, nothing like application for Android, Windows Phone and the like. Privilege of iDispositivos users for now.
