Google Has Bought Groupon for $2.5 Billion
Some Reports in the American Media has claimed that Search Engine Giant Google has bought the famous deal-of-the-day website Groupon by paying a massive amount of $2.5 Billion last week. Reports in Newspaper Vatornews on Sunday claimed that their sources has confirmed that this deal has taken place.
Groupon is a very popular website which has got great success in a very short period of time. it was just launched in November 2008 which means its just 2 years old. if this deal has taken place it will be good for both Google as well as Groupon. It will help in improving Google Places and Google local business directory. When Google and Groupon officials where contacted about this deal they refused to comment on it for now.

Famous Software used for Voice Chatting and Free Calls Skype has set a new usage record this Monday according to official announcement made by the Company. This Monday Skype reached the 25 Million Users that is a new Usage record.
Recently Skype has introduced feature of Video Calling whose usage is also increasing very rapidly specially in US. From a couple of months Skype is working hard to bring many good features for its users such as integrating with Social Media site Facebook.
