Twitter announces official tool for analyzing tweets

The analysis tools can specify how visitors current traffic brought to the Twitter pages, but most do not do that very accurate or detailed. Today Twitter has finally announced its official tool for analysis of visits, Web Analytics called Twitter, which should give further information to website owners who use Twitter as a source of traffic.


The tool will show not only how many people clicked on links posted by a certain profile on Twitter, but also will quantify and measure the effectiveness reTweets Tweet Button, among other things. In the image shown as an example, we used statistics from the American blog TechCrunch and accordingly, will be offered three options for displaying data: the present day, over 7 days or over a month.

This tool was already in development for some time and came from BackType buy the company, which specializes in analysis of links on Twitter, which happened in July. According to its creator, Christopher Golda, Twitter Web Analytics will be released to a small fraction of users now but will be available for more sites over the next few weeks. Next to him is also released an API for other services pull information provided by the tool.
