Apple to end patents war with Samsung and Motorola

Before he died, Steve Jobs said that Android was stolen and a system that "spend all $ 40 billion that Apple has in the bank" to destroy him. This reality may be more distant if the rumors are true that appeared yesterday. According to sources the news agency Dow Jones Newswires, the giant apple can reach an agreement with the manufacturers suing if they agree to pay a fee for selling Android.

The source says the agency be familiar with the negotiations going on between Apple and its rivals Motorola and Samsung. She says the giant apple "is open to create agreements with its competitors" and this agreement includes the payment of royalties from patents on Android. The value of these payments? From 5 to $ 15 by selling Android. The agency also says that the agreement should not be offered to other manufacturers that Apple is suing for Android.

This is not the first time that Apple made the offer - before the processes are started, the company had tried unsuccessfully to an agreement. Now, months after opening, negotiations on royalties would have returned to the table.

If any of the agreements is actually closed, will not be the first time that a company that is not directly involved with the Android invoice with the sale of handsets: Microsoft has done it a few months ago and now earns an estimated $ 10 by Android, HTC sold, among other manufacturers.
