Google Docs Drawing: how to create drawings online

For those who do not know this is a drawing tool and is part of Google Docs. With it you can create designs using shapes, pictures and texts, enriching your presentations and documents, since it is also possible to save or just copy everything to a Power Point presentation, for example.


Like all utilities, Google Docs, Drawing is easily edited online, which facilitates its use from any computer, provided you have Internet access and are logged into your Google account.

To create
Step 1. First of all, go to your Google account and later, your Google Docs. Google Documents, click on Create New / Drawing, as shown in the image opposite.

It will show the desktop Google Drawing (below), with menus and a toolbar very familiar and easy to use.
 

Step 2. Insert objects, lines and arrows in your document from the Insert menu located on the toolbar. Note down some of the options menu "Insert".

- Line / Lines - dragging one end to another and create a new line.
- Arrow / Arrow - place the end of the arrow and drag it to its beginning. On the toolbar you can change its color, size and shape.

-Scribble/Rabisco - Click the starting point and drag creates a kind of squiggle free. Click again to finish.

-Polyline/Polilinhas - Create free forms from the lines. Click to start, drag, and click again to finish.

-WordArt - create stylized text. Simply enter your text and click "Enter", editing color and shape on the toolbar.

-TextBox/Caixa Text - enter your text and click "Enter."

- Image / Picture - insert images from your computer, URL, search on Google or Picasa album. Please note: only. Jpg,. Png and. Gif (not animated) with a maximum of 2 mb or mp 2000.

- Shapes / Shapes - enter many different ways to create diagrams, flowcharts and org charts.
 
Step 3. Copy your work through the web clipboard. He will be associated with Google Account to be pasted into future presentations or documents, even on another computer. That is, the document is copied, and to be "stuck", is stored in the "Paste", even if you log off.

Step 4. To accomplish this task, select what you want to copy in their own future work (or do it all) for pasting into presentations or documents from Google Docs. Click "Copy to Shape Web clipboard".


Note that a copy will be stored in the menu of "Web Clipboard" to be pasted later.
Share your document

Step 5. Allow viewing and / or editing of their work-sharing with your contacts through the "Share" button located in the upper right corner of the screen. You can also start a chat with the contact you are editing the document at the same time, but for that you must have Adobe Flash Player 8 installed. The chat will appear on the right side of the screen, showing who is viewing.


Step 6. Post your job for all to see and get a link so you can share it. Click the arrow to the right side of the "Share" button, shown in the previous step, and then click "Publish to the Web."


It is very simple to create and share their work, and the application still has a few shortcuts that also work and quick work:
- Shift + click - select multiple objects;
- Ctrl + A - select all;
- Ctrl + G - group;
- Ctrl + C - copy;
- Ctrl + V - paste;
- Ctrl + Z - undo;
It is also possible to download to your machine and in various formats.
