Samsung is obliged to deliver future products for Apple

In fights judicial American technology companies, I think everyone has sued everyone (or is processing, while not ruling out). At least in San Jose, it appears that a judge did not quite understand the concept of industrial secrets. She ruled last week that Samsung has delivered five models of its future products for Apple.

That's right. The Korean manufacturer must submit to Apple prototypes or models completed S2 Galaxy, Galaxy Tab 8.9, Tab Galaxy 10.1 ", 4G and Infuse Droid Charge. These products have already been confirmed by Samsung, but are not yet available for purchase at the store phone around the corner (or in the U.S., much less in Brazil).

In its decision, the judge said that comparing phones from Samsung with Apple will give the opportunity to take the final proof about the alleged copy of features and design by the Korean. In the process, Apple says that Samsung creates visual devices which cause confusion among consumers and ends up getting them to take things from Samsung instead of "original" Apple.

Of course the Samsung complained about the decision. He said he could not be compelled to reveal products that are under seal. However, the judge was far more shrewd, countered the argument by saying that Samsung has released images of these products to the press and also lets individuals (journalists, I believe) carry out tests on the devices.

Samsung has until mid-June to deliver the products at Apple headquarters. Or, with the prototypes to flee to South Korea, where the company's apple has great influence.
