First Nokia Phone with Windows 7 "leaks"

In a closed meeting for employees of Nokia, the company's CEO Stephen Elop announced yesterday what would be the first smartphone with Windows 7 Phone the manufacturer. After asking to "turn off their cellphones and not capture images of something super sensitive," Elop exhibited for the first time called for Sea Ray employees. But as some ignored the warning, of course it leaked pictures on the net "accidentally."

The design is almost the same as N9, which will be sold with MeeGo 1.2 later this year. Although not many details were revealed about the hardware yet, we know that there are some differences from the N9, at least with respect to the camera. The LED flash is on the back is in a different location and there is a specific button for capturing photos.

Despite this being leaked as legitimate as a three dollar bill, the Sea Ray seems to have potential. But the question that has not stopped pounding in my head is: what reason Nokia have imitated the design of a mobile phone with MeeGo instead of creating their own design? And the resemblance does not have the potential to confuse potential customers?
