Sony Bloggie 3D Review

Sony Bloggie 3D is an evolution of Sony Bloggie (already evaluated here) and so her "sister" older, the 3D version is not aimed at filmmakers and, yes, for people who want to capture a video uncompromising.
In the U.S., it is already sold some time ago for $ 250.00 and should arrive in Brazil in the second half of this year, with no set price. But considering the price of it our taxes should be between $ 1,500.00 and $ 2,000.00.

Design and controls
The Bloggie of 3D face has changed a lot since its first release. Now she has two eyes and fewer colors and resembles a smartphone, both by size and by the forms. In fact, he took the machine for the first time, you have the distinct impression that you're actually holding a cell phone, which could affect the footprint of those who are not accustomed to using the phone for filming.

If Sony tried to make an ultra-portable camcorder, it really did. Its dimensions are perfect to play the machine in your pocket and its controls are easy enough to grab the camera and start shooting in seconds.
In front of the camera, two lenses are positioned so that you can handle it without putting your finger in front of a lens. Switching the 3D to 2D takes a few seconds thanks easy machine controls.

Performance
We tested the video in a 3D Bravia TV and realized that she looks like a window. There's a feeling deep inside the TV and the effect is quite interesting.

The sound is recorded in two microphones and a stereo effect that makes a lot more interesting. If you have a TV on a sound system of good quality, have the distinct impression that it is within the screen, because the sound can carry us to the scene we shot.

Despite the 8GB of internal memory Bloggie can shoot only 80 minutes of 3D video, or a little movie of 10 minutes to have 1 GB in size.
The 2D image is also good, as well as her older sister, with simple and acceptable quality. As the name suggests, is a video camera aimed at uncommitted to the Internet.

The video quality of both 2D and 3D, in low light is also very good and the LED which is next to the lens gives a great help. Under artificial light, and convinces the Bloggie for filming under the sun as well.

Cost-benefit
If you live in the United States or Europe and looking for a small camera to film in 3D, I should have bought this little machine with a cost effective manner. If you live in Brazil and has no way to find it in the importers, it is wise to wait a bit because at any moment it can be officially launched in brazilian lands.
