Visual presence in the Metro brand new Xbox 360 Dashboard

Here comes a new look for the Xbox 360 dashboard. According to Terry Farrell, Senior Product Manager of Xbox Live Entertainment, the new interface was developed according to feedback from users of the platform. Microsoft realized that there was several problems with the old interface, such as blog Joystiq says "nonsense."

One reason also was to create a unique layout for both those who have Kinect (which sold more than 10 million devices) both to those who still had control.

The new layout is a union of the two forms of access. Using the control you can choose different destinations at the top, such as Games, Video, Music and Apps. You can also access any promotional area. The voice recognition is available in Kinect to access a specific category of the island.

The function for the moment only available in countries in which Microsoft is launching its search engine voice: Canada, USA and England.

It will also be implemented a widely used search engine called Google Bing. With this implementation, where you are (on the Xbox, of course), you can access a variety of content. One example was made by Farrell himself, speaking: "Xbox, Bing Batman." And so was shown a list containing a series of results and displaying these results were games, movies or a show.

When talking about "Xbox, games show," the results were showing only redefined Batman games.
