RIM apologizes to customers

RIM's customers, now you have a reason to celebrate. After being without access to services from Research In Motion for a day and a half (in Latin America, according to the company), the company will usually give them paid applications for free.


Applications will be available to users over the next week in the App World and will remain available until December 31, 2011, according to the company.

RIM released the following list of applications that will be free in its core applications from October 19.

RIM's business users will also be offered one month of free technical support. Those who are already customers of the service will be offered an additional one month extension to his current contract for technical support, while users without technical support contract at the time of the offer will receive one month free trial to the BlackBerry Technical Support Services - Enhanced Support (Technical Support Service BlackBerry - Advanced Support), RIM.
