Apple investigating problems with Wi-Fi In iPad

Once purchased, the third generation iPhone brand new and shiny straight have to connect to wireless networks, whatever, right? It is thus that all consumers expect to see the device working, but for some the reality is different thanks to a possible fault in the new Wi-Fi tablet. The information has been recognized by Apple in an internal document obtained by 9to5Mac.

The document circulating in AppleCare, the technical service from Apple, says the symptoms can be provided for this failure are the following: intermittent connectivity, and reduced speed wireless network that does not appear in the settings of Wi-Fi iPad. Basic and necessary in a device "connected" as the tablet, we all have to agree.

This story reminds me 9to5Mac discovered by the "Antennagate", when the specialized media stories published successively four iPhones not receiving wireless signal properly. In the end, Apple acknowledged the problem and issued a host of bumpers (rubber protectors) for affected customers.

Document aired on AppleCare only to employees
The document stated that the third generation iPhone with just Wi-Fi is affected by the possible failure, implying that the owners of the tablet in the model with 4G LTE are safe.

Owners of Cases third generation have claimed Apple's online forum about the difficulties of keeping the Wi-Fi working. There are reports of consumers who were with the iPhone and the notebook side by side in the hotel room. In the tablet Wi-Fi signal appeared very weak, while the computer comes up with 100% success rate. Of course this also depends on the wireless card used by manufacturers, but normally expects Apple to use the very best on the market.

So far the company did not comment publicly on the matter. If you will turn over a "Antennagate", then only time - and the volume of customer complaints - will tell. At least the issue is under investigation.
