Chinese-style tablet mounts "do it yourself" (video)

A Chinese engineer of 21 years named Liu Xinying found a creative way to circumvent the high prices that Apple asks for his omnipresent and oniscente iPad. Using a touch screen, computer parts and dives a good deal of technical knowledge, put his hands on and built his own version of Apple's tablet at home, at a fraction of the demand for machine shops in the country.

The feat was recorded on a video time lapse of 20 minutes, which shows that the guy literally produced a functional tablet from scratches recorded in a notebook. Although it has much higher profile than the original gadget and turn the now unloved Windows XP, the device includes luxuries such as a folding case with integrated keyboard (UIA). Check out:

By Daily Star site, Xinying states that posted the video from the internet for about a month, and since then has received "countless" applications to manufacture the device, which was not revealed its technical specifications. In the end, the boy claims to have spent the equivalent of U.S. $ 481 to mount the unit, far less than the $ 900 that the original cost iPad there.
