At Computex, Viewsonic launches tablet with Android and Windows 7


During Computex 2011, which ends on Saturday (4) in Taipei, Taiwan, the manufacturer Viewsonic has released two new tablets, the ViewPad 7x, with seven-inch screen, and ViewPad 10 Pro, which runs Windows 7 Professional and Android.


The ViewPad 7x processor uses an Nvidia dual core, 4G has a connection to the Internet, multi-touch screen capable of supporting up to ten simultaneous touches, HDMI port and DLNA technology to share content with other devices. The device weighs only 380 grams and offers two cameras (front and rear). The ViewPad 7x Android 3.0 Honeycomb wheel.

Already the ViewPad 10Pro, equipped with an Intel Atom (Oak Trail), can run Android and Windows 7 Professional on a dual-boot ". The manufacturer says the product is ideal for users who want to combine entertainment and professional use. "According to ViewSonic, the 10Pro lets you switch between the two systems without turning off the tablet. Release date and pricing were not informed.
