Apple begins selling unlocked iPhone 4 for $ 650

 With the expected end of the exclusivity agreement between Apple and U.S. carrier AT & T, the company led by Steve Jobs began selling the iPhone 4 without depending on a specific carrier. The simplest model with 16 GB of internal storage, is priced at U.S. $ 649 in U.S. market.

$ 649
Only customers of providers that adopt GSM technology can acquire the device. In the United States, only T-Mobile and AT & T itself using this type of network. How is it possible that T-Mobile is swallowed up by AT & T in a deal valued at $ 40 billion, there are indications that the 4 unlocked iPhone comes with some delay.

The advantage of buying an unlocked iPhone is not dependent on contract with any carrier. Once you shell out $ 649 for the 16GB model or $ 749 for 32 GB model, the customer can exchange carrier as their own will. No two-year contracts, which are quite common in the U.S. (and are illegal here, due to a determination of Anatel).

On the Apple Online Store where the iPhone is unlocked 4 listed is the main reason for someone to buy the product: travel the world without worrying about the operator. Every new country, the customer can freely choose the provider that best suits his needs, rather micro-insert the SIM card in your smartphone.

The iPhone 4 "blocked" is sold for $ 199 in the U.S., both AT & T and Verizon.
