Review: Sony Vaio VPC-EE43EB

Even taking the weight of the brand name Sony Vaio Notebook  VPC-EE43EB  is not a laptop with a tip setting, ideal to carry heavy or run programs that require a powerful processor, with a view that comes with P360 an AMD Athlon 2.3 GHz, which is equivalent to i3 Core, Intel.

Visual

The design of VPC-EE43EB/WI despite sophisticated and beautiful feature of the Vaio line, does not print a lot of resistance and is not as beautiful as the other product line. The notebook is available in sizes 36.98 x 24.82 x 3.3 inches and weighs 2.7 kg.

The 15.5 screen with a resolution of 1,366 by 768 pixels, has a good size for watching movies, and has brightness in the bright colors. In our tests, we watch a movie without choking on a nice display. However, the discrete sound box, which sits on top of the keyboard, with a sound that is not the best, the multimedia content left something to be desired.

The keyboard, however, is quite comfortable, with soft keys, and spacious, with an appropriate size, which favor the entry. Not to mention that the unit still has a numeric keypad. As for the trackpad, situated to the left recognizes varying tones and has a good sensitivity. The buttons, which are large, are also easy to tighten and have nice interface.

Resources

With a modest configuration, the Sony Vaio PCV-EE43EB, which runs the operating system Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit processor has two cores from AMD, the Athlon II P360, 2.3 GHz, RAM 4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz, 500 GB HD, Radeon 4250 video card with 256 MB dedicated and wireless Wi-Fi standard in 802.11/802. However, it is lacking for not having bluetooth.

Moreover, with respect to connectivity, the VPC-EE43EB has 4 USB ports and RJ-45 inputs, VGA, HDMI and In. DC as well as card reader Memory Stick PRO HG (Duo) and Secure Digital (SD) Card. Although basic, however, is a good notebook for basic tasks and run office applications. During our activities, do not face problems with Word and Excel, even with Photoshop.

Battery

The Vaio's battery life is not good and VPCEE43EB has failed us. In our tests with Internet access via Wi-Fi and simple activities, the notebook endured for only about an hour.
