Notebook 9 Series from Samsung arrives in Brazil for $ 5000

The first time the ultra-light notebook Samsung's Series 9 made an appearance in South America was in the Samsung Forum 2011, in which the company introduced several products that arrive in the countries of the continent. At the time we did not know when it would arrive or what its price, but its razor thin design anything was already finalized. Today Samsung announced that it arrives in Brazil on Nov. 3.

He will be sold with different specifications, but they said that as a reference to the simplest configuration, it takes an Intel Core i5 second generation, 4GB memory, 128GB SSD, and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, will leave for $ 5,000.00. For while the versions with 11.6-inch screen and Intel Core i3 will not be available in Brazil, but should arrive soon.

The second detail is the optical drive on the Series 9. If you've seen the pictures of him will be asking "What optical drive? There is no room for him there. " For this reason Samsung decided to sell the laptop with a drive of this type apart. It is included in the price, but comes out of the box. The drive follows the same style of brushed aluminum finish of the notebook and reads and writes DVDs and CDs

Still on the notebook, Samsung has increased by 0.7 times the battery life since the last time we heard it. Now it lasts 7.7 hours, depending on the configuration of power savings. Know if this is true or not soon as we receive the unit for review.
