The Computex 2011 continues, and launches of new tablet happen at any moment, even with it attention divided ultranotebooks with hybrids and smartphones, and tablets. Who gets focus this time is ViewSonic, which officially presented its tablet, the ViewPad 7x, shown here in TechTudo on May 12.

The ViewPad 7x was already being rumored on the Internet a few weeks, with some specifications published on the internet but lacked official confirmation of the company. The ViewPad 7x has a dual-core processor NVIDIA Tegra 2, HSPA + connectivity, compatibility with the technology of data transmission DLNA, HDMI output, and weighing only 380 grams.

The tablet's operating system Android is 3.0.1 (Honeycomb), but rumored that ViewSonic has plans to upgrade the software to version 7x ViewPad Android 3.1 (Ice Cream Sandwich), but only after the product launch. Its screen is LED with 7 inch size and resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. That is, in terms of hardware, the ViewSonic model has similar aims to the Motorola XOOM, except for its screen size.

What is also clear is that manufacturers are choosing to work with the combination of NVIDIA Tegra processor 2 + Android 3.0, thus aiming at the best possible performance.

Finally, the camera has 7x ViewPad front and rear, but no information on the resolution of these two cameras. Continuing the trend of the secrets of Computex, ViewSonic has not gone further details such as pricing or market availability.
