To make your life easier and save time, you can easily integrate your Twitter account and Facebook, so when tweeting, the same message will appear on your Facebook profile.
The integration is very fast, and you can use both in your personal profile, and for the official (fan page) of your website and blog. The only problem is that you only have to select a Twitter account if you have a special account separate from the blog, you need to choose between them.
Connect your Twitter to Facebook
Step 1. Visit the official Twitter app on Facebook at: http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/ and authorize access to your Twitter. For this, you must be logged in to your network of microblogging.

Step 2. If you do not have an official page of your blog or Facebook site, and only want to see your tweets in your profile, simply check the box "Facebook Profile" and the integration is complete. All messages you tweet will be posted automatically to your Facebook profile, except for the replys.
