Increasingly emerging concepts of environmentally friendly products, some work with solar energy and others with the power of the wind, and this is the case of Eole. While you are walking down the street you can find people frantically blowing their wrist. Before you think people are crazy, make sure they are not using a clock that needs to be blown to work.
The concept of Eole clock is designed by Julien Moïse and is quite simple. The part in red clock looks like a kind of turbine, but in fact is nothing more than a wind power generator.
The energy required to remember a time clock is very low, and turns off the display Eole just to save that energy, causing the clock always remember what time it is.
When it is blown, the display turns on, but soon after it is turned off so that there is a lot of wasted energy. The Eole has a battery that is charged every time the fan spins, this means that whenever you want to see the hours, you will need to blow out the clock. However, after the display is turned off, the remaining battery power is used to keep it running and displays the correct time.
Though there seems to be very practical, many people will certainly want to use it because it is stylish. But surely there are several drawbacks, one is if you're somewhere in a cold climate, certainly not going to be pretty blow on his wrist. Not to mention the possibility that the fan has to store dust, not a good thing for those suffering from respiratory illness.
