App Store: How to cancel a purchase and get cash back

The App Store is the official application store for iPhone, iPod Touch and IPAD. Buying an app is very easy. More than 10 billion have been made to download inside the store, both as free as well as paid apps.

If you are one of those who exploit the App Store without penalty from your credit card or gift card, you have probably experienced some annoying situations like buying a social networking app supercomentada and noted that the end was not what you imagined, or they get confused and buy the wrong app. This is no problem, because Apple allows you to cancel the purchase and still receive a full refund of the amount paid by the application.

Since Apple does not implement a testing system in the store, I believe that this trick needs to be more widespread. For obvious reasons, the process is not the most simple and intuitive, but that's what we're here.

The trick will be made using the U.S. iTunes Store with a purchase made on an account that is credited to a gift card. Open iTunes on Mac OS or Windows and go to the iTunes Store. At top right, click your e-mail (if you're not logged just enter your login and password and then click on the e-mail). The following page with the information in your account will be opened.

App Store displays information about your account
Step 01 - Click the Purchase History for access to the history of purchases that you did. Next, look for a Problem Report button, which will load a new page with all applications downloaded recently.

Step 02 - On this page, you must click Report a Problem on the item that you disliked. In my case, choose Angry Birds, which cost $ 0.99.

Final Step - Now it's time to choose the reason you want a refund. You do not need much explanation, simply choose the subject in the field Problem, write a comment if you want, and click Submit.

Form Report a Problem
A few hours after you receive an email from an Apple employee confirming the refund. The application will no longer sync with your iPhone, iPod Touch, or IPAD, as you might suspect.

E-mail the App Store
The clerk said Apple in the email that the refund will be made between three and five days in the payment method that is registered on my account (in my case is a credit gift card). She also says that if the claims do not appear, I must leave the system and enter the login information again.

The hint is given. Use it as fairly as possible and without exaggeration. Thus bet that developers will thank you in the future by creating more quality apps.
