Twitter updates system for publishing data in applications

Twitter announced on Wednesday  an update of the information sharing through the microblogging application. According to the site, the intention is to give users greater control over what data is shared.

The changes affect several applications from other companies that publish Twitter messages automatically, as in Facebook, which allow you to find friends on the microblog registered to play games online, or when there is a tweet automatically update the user's blog.

With the change, applications will provide more detailed information about the data being shared and what the user is authorizing to be posted via Twitter. The programs already authorized will again ask a permission to share programs and those without the system, will the messages.
