As it was a little difficult to keep cars with huge hidden cameras mounted on them, we knew that Street View was launched in Brazil even before Google comment. When it was finally released after months of snapshots, only three capital cities (and surrounding area) had the service enabled: Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. It seems that the next city to get to the list is Curitiba.
According to the newspaper Gazeta do Povo, company cars have begun to circulate in the city and are collecting the first pictures. The car pictured above was seen in the historic capital of Parana, more precisely in the Largo da Ordem. As usual, Google did not tell how many cars are driving in town when the images are aired or how long the image capture will lead to.
So this is a warning to readers of Curitiba TB: You are being captured by the Google cars. If you find one on the street, feel free to do a pose or take a picture and send it to us on Twitter.
