2 out of 3 Androids running version 2.2

You have not had your Android phone updated to version 2.3 or 2.3.3? Do not buy a tablet with the system in recent days? So the chances that you have an appliance that runs Froyo are pretty high. In fact, 64% of mobile phones with the system are to this version, is the last chart that indicates the version of the platform which was updated earlier this month.

The table is updated every two weeks, but there were no significant changes so far. Compared with the chart in mid-March, however, we can see that Android 3.0 is starting to get a bigger slice or 3.1 is already appearing in some Xoom. Another good news is that mobile phones with versions 1.5 or 1.6 of Android are already beginning to disappear from the map, either because they were updated or because their owners have switched device.

Remembering back to those who have forgotten the other times that this chart showed up here, these statistics take into account only those devices that have access to Androids Android Market and accessed in the past 14 days. That is, only devices approved by Google.
