Skype is down for the second time in less than a month

It Seems like just yesterday that Skype had its first big fall in the year, leaving many of its users talking to the walls. Actually it was almost yesterday, when you consider that the first big drop of VoIP service was held on 26th of last month. Shortly after discovering the problem, Skype has released an update for the program to let everyone reconnect again. And today it seems that history will repeat itself.

According to the official account on Twitter and Skype Heartbeat blog tracking service, a small portion of users around the world are finding it difficult to log into the program, both in versions for Windows and for Mac versions of Skype for mobile platforms not appear to have been affected.

As always, there is little information about what caused the crash yet, just the frustration of Skype users are adequately mitigated by social networks. And Microsoft, having recently bought the company ends up having his name thrown into the wheel well.

Update at 09:25 | Skype said it had already found the cause of the problem and set about fixing it. Users will be able to login again later, if the function did not work relogin.
